Oponent Lucie Libešová Abstract Bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice malnutrice u seniorů a efektivity nutriční intervence na jejich kondici. Do výzkumného vzorku byli zařazeni geronti ze Seniorcentra Pohoda, kteří se nacházeli v malnutrici. Práce se skládá ze dvou částí. První část teoretická se věnuje výživě a jejím složkám, dále malnutrici, jak se klasifikuje a jaké jsou její příčiny. Zabývá se hodnocením nutričního stavu a složkami nutriční terapie. Druhá část praktická se zaměřuje na efekt nutričních intervencí u malnutričtích seniorů, jejímž cílem je přispět k rozšíření stávajících o významu nutriční podpory u osob, u kterých hrozí rizika spojená s podvýživou. Výzkumný vzorek obsahuje 9 lidí, u nichž probíhalo po dobu 6 měsíců měření a pozorování. Data byla následně zapsána do tabulek a na základě získaných výsledků byla zpracována diskuze a závěr této práce. The bachelor thesis deals with the problem of malnutrition in seniors and the effectiveness of nutritional intervention in their condition. The geronti from Seniorcentre Pohoda, who were in malnutrition, were included in the research sample. The work consists of two parts. The first part theoretical deals with nutrition and its components, malnutrition, how it is classified and its causes. It deals with the evaluation of the nutritional status and the components of nutritional therapy. The second part focuses on the effect of nutritional interventions on malnourished seniors, which aims to contribute to the widening of the importance of nutritional support for people at risk of malnutrition. The research sample consists of 9 people, with measurements and observations for 6 months.
