Součástí práce je analýza současné situace a systému IT podpory, dále sběr požadavků a analýza technologických možností, seznámení s některými použitými technologiemi, pilotní provoz, testování a vyhodnocení. Po spuštění v pilotním provozu bude poskytnut report komunikace a zmíněny nalezené nedostatky. The main objective of this thesis is designing and implementation of Skype service to enterprise Helpdesk portal. The thesis consists of analysis of current situation and IT support system, collection of requirements, analysis of technological options, introduction of some of the used technologies, pilot, testing and complete evaluation.
