Je členěna na dvě hlavní části teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část pojednává o anatomii a kineziologii dolní končetiny, o vrozených vadách, možnostech jejich léčby. Dále je zde detailněji popsána Fibulární hemimelie klasifikace, klinický obraz i možnosti její operační léčby, nechybí ani popis komplexní fyzioterapie. V praktické části práce s názvem Metodika popisuji spolupráci s pacientkou, která se narodila s diagnózou Fibulární hemimelie. Je zde popsáno vstupní vyšetření, kontrolní vyšetření, konkrétní průběh terapií, výstupní vyšetření a zhodnocení výsledků. The name of my bachelor's thesis is "Physical therapy of a client with a congenital defect of the lower limb and instrumental assessment of the effects of treatment". It is devided into two main parts theoretical and practical. Anatomy, kinesiology of the lower limb, congenital defects and methods of their treatment are described in the Theoretical part. Fibular hemimelia is described in more detail clasification, clinical presentation and options of treatment, there's also a description of complex physiotherapy. The cooperation with a patient who was born with the diagnosis of Fibular hemimelia is described in the practical part Methodology. The incoming examination, checking examination, description of therapy sessions, outgoing examination and evaluation od the results are also described in this part. Another responsib.
