Cílem této práce je analýza dat vzniklých na základě pozorování. Práce se skládá ze čtyř částí. V první části je přehled současného stavu problematiky. V druhé, teoretické části biologické, je popsán život, chování a menstruační cyklus mandrilů. V teoretické části matematické jsou představeny základy statistiky, testování hypotéz a tvorba simulací. V praktické, čtvrté, části jsou uvedeny histogramy, popisné statistiky a testování nulové hypotézy o synchronizaci cyklů mandrilů rýholících, jejichž anogenitální otoky zaznamenávají chovatelé v Zoo Ústí nad Labem každý den. Poznatek z této práce bude zveřejněn na webových stránkách zoologické zahrady. The idea of synchronization female cycle becomes very popular. The purpose of this work is the analysis of data generated on the basis of observation. The work consists of four parts. The first part is an overview of the current status of the issue. In the second, the theoretical biological part, is described the life, behavior and the menstrual cycle of mandrills. The theoretical mathematical part presents the basics of statistics, hypothesis testing and formation of simulations. In practice, fourth, section are listed histograms, descriptive statistics and testing the null hypothesis of synchronization Mandrill cycles, whose anogenital swellings record keepers at the Zoo Ústí nad Labem every day.
