Teoretická část je zaměřená na definování všech poruch autistického spektra, historii autismu, dále na možné příčiny, průběh a příznaky. Ve speciální části práce se zaměřují na využití terapií, komunikaci, na přidružená postižení, možnosti vzdělávání a v neposlední řadě na ergoterapii. V hlavní části uvádím kazuistiku 7-letého chlapce, u kterého byl diagnostikován dětský autismus, porucha řeči, ADHD a lehká mentální retardace. Součástí hlavní části je ergoterapeutické vyšetření, testování, krátkodobý a dlouhodobý ergoterapeutický plán. This thesis informs about the issue of people with autism spectrum disorders. The theoretical part is focused on the definition of autism spectrum disorders, history of autism, as well as the possible causes, course and symptoms. In the special part focuses on the use of therapies, communication, associated disability, education, and not least in occupational therapy. In the main part, the case report of a 7-year-old boy who was diagnosed with infantile autism, speech disorder, ADHD and mild mental retardation.
