Cílem práce je analyzovat faktory, které pozitivně či negativně přispívají k procesu integrace cizinců a na základě výsledků této analýzy navrhnout jak negativní faktory zmírnit a pozitivní naopak podpořit. Práce reaguje na aktuální potřebu inovace a zdokonalení stávajících opatření podporujících proces integrace imigrantů. Je klíčové navázat dialog mezi majoritní společností a imigranty. Nedostatečná informační provázanost mezi oběma stranami vyvolává obavy majoritní společnosti z poklesu dostupných pracovních míst v důsledku přílivu imigrantů, kulturních střetů a neochoty přizpůsobit se ze strany nově příchozích cizinců. Na základě longitudinálních výzkumů je nutné konstatovat, že tyto obavy jsou zcela nepodložené fakty. Realita, se kterou jsou imigranti konfrontováni je zcela odlišná od vnímání většinové společnosti. Cizinci se potýkají s nedostatkem informací o zemi cílové, což je důsledkem neprovázanosti mezi před-odjezdovými a po-příjezdovými integračními službami. Změna prostředí si žádá nabytí nových jazykových, kulturních a sociálních kompetencí a to není možné uskutečnit v krátkém časovém úseku. V důsledku toho je pro imigranty velmi obtížné plně porozumět právům a povinnostem a v důsledku slabé orientace v této oblasti se cizinci často stávají levnou a využívanou pracovní sílou. Viditelný odstup majoritní společnosti společně s nakumulovanými obtížemi následně umocňuje pocity úzkosti, beznaděje a stresu ze změny identity cizinců, kteří mohou své stanovisko vyhodnotit jako bezvýchodné a v důsledku toho může dojít k separaci. Je tedy žádané zabývat se procesem integrace systematicky. Použitá výzkumná metoda i technika koresponduje s účelem tohoto výzkumu. Zvolenou technikou získávání dat jsou narativní rozhovory, které umožní detailní vhled do problematiky integrace cizinců. Výsledky výzkumu jsou podložené prožitými zkušenostmi samotných imigrantů, zprostředkovávají tedy vhled do problematiky přímo od samotných aktérů v procesu integrace. The present thesis is devoted to the issue of integration of foreigners in the Czech Republic The aim is to analyze the factors that positively or negatively contribute to the process of integration of foreigners and on based on these results of the analysis suggest how to mitigate negative factors and positive vice versa promote. The work responds to the current needs for innovation and improvement of existing measures supporting the integration process of immigrants. It is essential to establish a dialogue between the majority and immigrants. Insufficient information consistency raises between the two sides concerns that, majority fears of the decline of their jobs due to an influx of immigrants, cultural clashes and unwillingness to adapt by new migrants. On the basis of longitudinal studies, it is clear that these fears are completely unfounded facts. The reality, that immigrants are confronted with, is quite different from the perception of the majority society. Foreigners are faced with a lack of information about the destination country as a result of unbundling between pre-departure and post-arrival integrational services. Changing environment requires the acquisition of new linguistic, cultural and social competencies, and it cannot be achieved in a short period of time. Consequently, it is difficult for immigrants to fully understand the rights and obligations and due to weak orientation in this area, foreigners often become the cheap and abused labor force. The visible distance of the majority society together with accumulated difficulties subsequently enhances the feeling of anxiety, hopelessness and stress because of identity changes of foreigners who can evaluate their position as inconclusive and consequently it may lead to separation. It is therefore desirable to deal with the integration process systematically. Applied research method and technique correspond to the purpose of that research. The chosen technique of data acquisition are narrative interviews, which will allow a detailed look into the issue of integration of foreigners. The research results are based on lived experiences of immigrants themselves, thus mediate insight into the problems directly from the actors themselves in the integration process. Another responsib.
