Lic. smlouva s omezením do 19.6.2024 Abstract Cílem bakalářské práce je studium slitiny hliníku nazvané společností KS Kolbenschmidt Czech Republic, a.s. jako alfinační lázeň, ve které se máčí litinové nosiče pístních kroužků pro písty osobních automobilů. Máčením těchto kroužků do lázně dochází k difuzi železa z litinového kroužku do alfinační lázně. V lázni roste obsah železa, které má při překročení 1 hm % převážně nežádoucí účinky. Způsobuje vznik křehkých intermetalických fází FeSiAl5, které negativně ovlivňují mechanické vlastnosti. Úkolem bude identifikace přítomnosti fází FeSiAl5 a popis struktury materiálu. The aim of this thesis was studying the waste material from a process known as "alfinační lázeň" at the KS Kolbenschmidt, a.s. company in the Czech Republic. "Alfinační lázeň" is a process of dipping cast-iron car engine piston ring carriers into a bath of AlSi12 alloy. As a result of the process iron diffuses into the bath alloy. When the iron content in the bath increases beyond 1 wt%, largely undesirable effects are caused in the bath material. The formation of intermetallic phases of FeSiAl5 negatively affect the mechanical properties of the alloy.
