Holeček Abstract Obsahem bakalářské práce je hledání přínosnosti studentů, kteří se podílejí na organizaci Ústeckého Majálesu. Hlavním cílem je sledování jejich uplatnění na trhu práce, ale zároveň i jejich osobního a profesního růstu, který byl přímo úměrný s vývojem festivalu. Ten je nastíněn v historicko-popisné části mapující stěžejní okamžiky jeho historie. Zmíněno bude též několik zásad a metod, které se při organizaci Ústeckého Majálesu používají a které byly nezbytné k progresivnímu růstu celé akce. This bachelor thesis deals with the research for contributes of the students who participate in organizing of Ústecký Majáles. The main goal is to find a vacancy in the labour market for its organizers, and at the same time their personal and professional growth which went hand in hand with the development of the festival. The development is shortly described in historical and descriptive part which conducts a survey of crucial moments of its history. I will also mention some principles and methods that are used to arrange Ústecký Majáles and were necessary for the progressive growth of the event. Another responsib.
