Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a empirickou. V teoretické části se zaměřuji na různé definice bolesti, na úkoly sester v ošetřovatelské péči při hodnocení bolesti, škály bolesti, fyzikální vyšetření, dělení bolesti dle příčiny, trvání, vzniku a léčbou bolesti. V závěru teoretické části se zabývám ranami, jejich dělením, léčbou, popisem bércových vředů žilního původu, jejich příčinou vzniku, příznaky a léčbou. V empirické části si stanovuji jeden primární cíl - porovnat vnímání bolesti pacientek s bércovým vředem pomocí hodnotících škál bolesti. Dva dílčí cíle - zjistit sledování intenzity bolesti dle stavu chronické rány a porovnání intenzity bolesti u sledovaných pacientek pomocí vytvořeného formuláře pro hodnocení bolesti. Zvolenou metodou je kasuistika, týkající se bolesti u dvou vybraných pacientek s bércovými vředy. Průběh bolesti si zaznamenávám do formuláře, který jsem si vytvořila podle škál a denního záznamu pomocí Melzacka. Vředy si při každé návštěvě fotodokumentuji, zaznamenávám a sleduji jejich průběh a léčbu. V závěru mé bakalářské práce se zabývám vyhodnocením intenzity bolesti u sledovaných pacientek. Výsledky jsem vložila do spojnicového grafu pro následné porovnání vnímání intenzity bolesti u obou pacientek. Ke zjištění údajů byla zvolena forma rozhovoru s doplněním údajů z ošetřovatelské dokumentace konkrétních pacientek. This thesis deals with the theme "The Nursing Care of the Patient with Pain". The work is divided into a theoretical and an empirical part. The theoretical part is focused on different definitions of pain, roles of nurses in nursing care with appraisal of pain, a pain rating scale, a physical examination, sorting pain by the cause, duration, an origin and a pain treatment. The end of the theoretical part deals with wounds, their division and treatments, description of varicose ulcers of venous origin, their causes, symptoms and treatments. In the empirical part it is set one primary aim - to compare the pain perception of female patients with varicose ulcers with the rating scale of pain. Two aims detect monitoring of pain intensity according to the state of chronic wounds and a comparison of pain intensity of the monitored female patients with the support of a pain appraisal form. The chosen method is casuistry related to the two female patients with varicose ulcers. The course of pain was written down in the form which was made according to scales and daily records with the Melzack aid. The ulcers were photographed, written down and their course and treatment are monitored every visit. The end of work deals with evaluation of pain intensity of the monitored female patients. The results were entered into a line graph for subsequent comparison of pain perception of the both female patients.
