V první kapitole je popsána obec jako územně samosprávný celek, její působnost, orgány obce, hospodaření obce včetně rozpočtového procesu. Dále je zde zmíněno rozpočtové určení daní, reforma veřejných financí a obec z pohledu poplatníka daně. Druhá kapitola je zaměřena na analýzu hospodaření z dostupných finančních výkazů. Byly zanalyzovány jak výdaje, tak příjmy z pohledu druhového a odvětvového třídění. K doplnění analýzy byla použita také analýza aktiv a pasiv obce Jinočany. Následují finanční ukazatelé v podobě dluhové služby, likvidity a relativní ukazatelé. Na základě této analýzy bylo zjištěno, že obec je v dobrém finančním zdraví bez zbytečného zadlužování se. Ve třetí kapitole byly navrženy návrhy na zlepšení hospodaření a fungování obce jako celku. This bachelor thesis followed up the management of the municipality Jinočany in budget period of one council and is divided into three chapters. The first chapter describes the community as a local government unit, its activity, the municipal authorities, community management and the budget process. There is also mention tax revenue, public finance reform and community from the perspective of the taxpayer. The second chapter focuses on the analysis of management from available financial statements. There were analyzed both expenditure and revenue in terms of generic and branch classification. To complement the analysis was used to analyze the assets and liabilities of the municipality Jinočany. The following are financial indicators in the form of debt service, liquidity and relative indicators. Based on this analysis, it was found that the community is in good health without running into a debt.
