Analýza trhu práce v okrese Louny [rukopis] / Šárka Jančíková. -- 2012. -- 47 l. : mapy, grafy, tab. -- Lic. smlouva. -- Abstract: Cílem bakalářské práce na téma Analýza trhu práce v okrese Louny je analyzovat a zhodnotit trh práce nejen v okrese Louny, ale také v Ústeckém kraji a v České republice. Práce se v první stěžejní části zabývá vývojem struktury zaměstnanosti, kde je nejprve pomocí tabulek vyjádřen počet ekonomicky aktivního obyvatelstva v okrese Louny. Následuje přehled deseti největších průmyslových zaměstnavatelů v okrese Louny v letech 1987 a 2009. V následující části se práce zabývá analýzou základních ukazatelů v okrese Louny a jejich vývojem, který je znázorněn za pomoci grafů. Dále v této kapitole najdeme tabulkově a zároveň graficky znázorněnou strukturu uchazečů o zaměstnání za roky 2000, 2007 a 2011. V závěru se práce nejprve krátce zabývá hospodářskou krizí, její dopady na trh práce jsou vyjádřeny pomocí grafického srovnání základních ukazatelů v době kolem hospodářské krize, konkrétně v letech 2007 až 2011.. -- Abstract: The objective of the BA thesis called The Analysis of Labour Market in the Louny District is to analyze and assess the labour market not only in the Louny District, but also in the Ústí Region and the Czech Republic. In its initial core part the thesis deals with the development of employment structure: by means of tables it shows the number of economically active population in the Louny District. It is followed with an overview of ten largest industrial employers in the Louny District in 1987 and 2009. The next part of the thesis contains an analysis of basic indicators in the Louny District and development thereof illustrated by graphs. In this chapter we will also find a table overview and graphic illustration of job seekers´ structure in the year 2000, 2007 and 2011. Concluding part of the thesis starts with brief information about the economic crisis; its impacts on the labour market are shown by means of graphic comparison of basic indicators at about the time of the economic crisis, specifically in years 2007 - 2011.
