Note Ved. práce Miroslava Bechyňová Abstract Hlavní téma mé práce zní Bazální stimulace v práci zdravotníka. Práce byla rozdělena na část teoretickou a část empirickou. Teoretické část zahrnuje poznatky o Konceptu bazální stimulace. V prvních kapitolách jsem se zaměřila na historii a zakladatele konceptu, dále na jeho teoretický základ a příznivé působení na ošetřované pacienty a v neposlední řadě také na způsoby komunikace a jeho vliv při zkvalitňování ošetřovatelského procesu. Téma, které jsem volila je velmi moderní a potřebnou součástí ošetřovatelského procesu. V empirické části je popsán výzkum, ve kterém jsem zjišťovala míru informovanosti zdravotníků o konceptu bazální stimulace, kdy jsem porovnávala pracovníky standardních oddělení a pracovníky na odděleních intenzivní medicíny. Použila jsem kvantitativní metodu, ve formě dotazníku, jež byl zcela anonymní, sestaven srozumitelně a zaměřen na nelékařské zdravotnické pracovníky. Výsledky šetření jsem zaznamenala pro lepší přehlednost do tabulek a grafů. Dále jsem si stanovila hypotézy, které se mi většinou potvrdily. Velmi mile mě i překvapil zájem některých pracovníků o dané téma. The main theme of my work sounds Basal stimulation in the work of medics. The work was divided into a part of the empirical and theoretical. Theoretical section includes information about the concept of basal stimulation. In the first chapters I focused on the history and the founder of the concept, as well as its theoretical basis and positive effects on treating patients, and last but not least, the ways of communication and its impact on improving the nursing process. Theme that I chose is very modern and necessary part of the nursing process. The empirical section describes the research, in which I investigated the measure of information from health professionals about the concept of basal stimulation, when I compared the standard ward of workers and workers in the ward of intensive medicine. I used a quantitative method in the form of a questionnaire, which was completely anonymous and was wery intelligible. The questionnaire was focused on non-medical health workers. The results of the investigation I noticed for better clarity in tables and graphs. In the empirical part, I set the hypothesis, which I usually confirmed.
