Note Lic. smlouva Abstract V teoretické části se práce zaměřuje na marketingovou analýzu a marketingový mix v oblasti hotelnictví. V praktické části je vypracován současný marketingový mix hotelu, je zde provedeno porovnání hotelu s konkurenčními hotely a analýza SWOT. Dále jsou v práci interpretovány informace získané z rezervačního systému, po nichž následuje analýza výsledků dotazníků, které byly koncipovány za účelem zjištění přání a potřeb hostů a jejich námětů a připomínek týkajících se hotelových služeb. Na základě provedené analýzy a s využitím získaných informací je v závěru práce uveden návrh marketingové strategie a doporučení na zvýšení kvality poskytovaných služeb. In the practical part of the task there is elaborated present marketing mix of the hotel. There is a comparison between the competitive hotels and SWOT analysis. In this task there is also interpreted information from reservation system. After that comes analysis of the results of questionnaires conceived for finding out the wishes and the needs of the guests and their suggestions concerning hotel services. Based on the made analysis and using the received information, at the end of this task there is a suggestion of marketing strategy and recommendation to increase the quality of provided services.
