Note Ved. práce Pavel Hynčica Abstract Tématem diplomové práce bylo analyzovat koncepce jednotlivých českých ministrů zdravotnictví od roku 1993, tj. od vzniku samostatné České republiky, do současnosti, tj. rok 2009. Informačními zdroji, ze kterých analýza vycházela, byly především bulletiny výše zmíněných politických stran, tiskové zprávy uveřejněné na publicistických serverech, na webových stránkách Ministerstva zdravotnictví, anebo z webových stránek ČSSD a ODS, brožury vydané politickými stranami, tiskové zprávy a projevy, a v neposlední řadě webové stránky jednotlivých ministrů zdravotnictví. Z uskutečněné analýzy vyplynulo, že nejkomlexněji připravena a uskutečněna byla reforma zdravotnictví MUDr. Tomášem Julínkem, MBA. Jeho reforma byla zpracována a zaměřena nejenom na odbornou, ale také na širokou veřejnost. The theme of my diploma thesis was to analyse the conceptions of single Ministers of Health from the year 1993 i.e. the inception of independent Czech republic, until present, i.e. the year 2009. The analysis was not focused only on the projects of changes in the Czech health field but also on the programme syllabi of two politically the most powerful parties, ČSSD and ODS. The information sources were particularly bulletins, press releases, brochures, speeches and web pages of the single Ministers of Health, or the political parties , or the Ministry of Health. As the most complex, shipshaped and actually implemented reformation of the health service ensued on the realized analysis the reformation made by MUDr. Tomáš Julínek, MBA.
