V práci jsou zahrnuty typy čistíren odpadních vod používající vegetaci ve světě, popis čistících procesů ve vegetačních kořenových čistírnách a jejich základní uspořádání, dále popis a funkce těchto čistíren, posouzení vhodnosti kořenových čistíren pro malé zdroje znečištění a jejich stav v České Republice. This undergraduate thesis deals with the sewage reed bed treatment systems. Beginning with vegetation-based type of sewage water treatment plants throughout the world, this work encompasses a description and details on basic organization of the treatment processes followed by description and list of functionalities of these plants.
