Abstract Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou cizinců v České republice po roce 1989. Podává stručný přehled o aktuálním stavu cizinců, jejich výskytu, vztahu k majoritní společnosti, vztahu k státní správě a legislativě. Poukazuje na hlavní problémy, se kterými se cizinci setkávají, jak by se tyto problémy měly řešit nejen v ČR ale i v mateřských zemích. Uvádí statistická data pro lepší orientaci v problematice. Vedle toho také krátce zhodnocuje historii a význam cizinců, jakožto jednoho z nejdůležitějších zdrojů pracovní síly, obohacení místní kultury a lidských zdrojů při malé porodnosti. The given bachelor work deals with the dilemma of foreigners in Czech republic after 1989. It shows current state of foreigners, their habitation and relation to majority society, administration and legislation. This work draws our attention to the main problems with which the foreigners constantly meet themselves and how these problems must be solved not only in Czech republic, but also in their motherland. Furthermore you will find out the statistics for better understanding of the problems, history summarizing and the role of foreigners as one of the most important source of cheap labour and satiation, variety of local culture and human population under the low birth.
