Analýza hospodaření Ústeckého, Libereckého kraje a hl. města Prahy za poslední 2 roky [rukopis] / Monika Kubešová. -- 2007. -- 51 l., 23 l. příl. : il., tabulky. -- Lic. smlouva. -- Abstract: Bakalářská práce s názvem "Analýza hospodaření Ústeckého, Libereckého kraje a hl. města Prahy za poslední dva roky" obsahuje vymezení definice kraje. Tedy jeho působnost v ČR a jeho orgány. Dále stručnou charakteristiku krajů, zejména z administrativního hlediska, z hlediska hospodářství a dopravy. V práci je rozpracována analýza hospodaření krajů, tedy rozebrání rozpočtů, zda byly vyrovnané, přebytkové či schodkové. Rozpočty jsou sledovány z hlediska příjmů, výdajů a financování. Další část práce je zaměřena na vybrané ukazatele krajů, kterými jsou např. obyvatelstvo, zaměstnanost a nezaměstnanost. Poslední část práce se zabývá komparací krajů podle zvolených ukazatelů. Vybranými ukazateli jsou oblast školství, mládeže a tělovýchovy, oblast kultury a památkové péče, oblast zdravotnictví a sociálních věcí a oblast dopravy. Tyto ukazatele jsou přepočítány na 1 obyvatele a vyjádřeny v %, aby bylo možné kraje porovnat.. -- Abstract: My Baccalaureate Thesis called "The Analysis of the Management at the Ústí and Liberec Regions and the Region of the Capital City of Prague over the Past Two Years" defines what a "region" is, i.e. the scope of its activities within the Czech Republic and what its authorities are. It also characterises the regions concisely, and focuses particularly on administration, management and transport issues. The thesis examines regional management in detail, i.e. their budgeting, whether they were balanced, showed any excess or deficit. Budgets are analysed from the point of view of the income, expenditures and funding. The subsequent part of the Thesis focuses on selected indices of the regions, such as population, employment rate and unemployment rate. In the last part of my thesis I compared the regions according to selected indices. They are education, youth and physical education, culture and presrvation of historical monuments, health care system, social affairs and transport. These indices are converted to 1 capita and expressed in % to allow us to compare the regions.
