Vedoucí práce Josef Heidler Abstract Obce mají dle zákona o podpoře sportu vymezené úkoly a povinnosti, které mají plnit, a tím podporovat a rozvíjet sportovní aktivity v obci. Teoretická část práce se věnuje úloze obcí při financování a rozvoji sportu (zákony, dotační politika, zřizování a údržba sportovišť, plán rozvoje sportu, atp.). Součástí praktické části bude komparace a analýza rozvojových dokumentů obcí v litoměřickém okrese (zj. Litoměřice, Lovosice, Roudnice nad Labem). Součástí tohoto rozboru budou dokumenty zaměřené na podporu a rozvoj sportu či volnočasových pohybových aktivit, a to včetně dotační politiky zaměřené na zmíněné oblasti. According to the Act on Sports Support, municipalities have defined tasks and obligations that they are supposed to fulfill, thereby supporting and developing sports activities in the municipality. The theoretical part of the work is devoted to the role of municipalities in the financing and development of sports (laws, subsidy policy, establishment and maintenance of sports grounds, sports development plan, etc.). Part of the practical part will be the comparison and analysis of development documents of municipalities in the Litoměřice district (eg Litoměřice, Lovosice, Roudnice nad Labem).
