Teoretická část zprvu popisuje laser a jeho konstrukci, typy laserů a technologie používané pro svařování plastů. Dále se zaměřuje na termografické měření a kontrolu kvality spojového svaru pomocí termovizní kamery. V diplomové práci jsou blíže popsána konkrétní použitá zařízení na základě poskytnutých informací od společnosti Pierburg s.r.o.. Praktická část se zabývá návrhem optimalizace nastavených parametrů pro termovizní systém a pro samotné laserové svařování v sériové výrobě. The thesis deals with the introduction of thermovision control for laser welding technology of plastics. The theoretical part is describes laser, his construction, type of lasers and laser welding technologies for plastics. Then it describes termographic measurement and quality check of contection with the help of thermovision cameras. There are practicular devices described in detail base on information given by Pierburg Ldt. in the thesis. The practical part describes the proposal of optimalization of the setting parameters for thermovision systems and for laser welding technology in serial production. Another responsib.
