Práce sestry je všeobecně pokládána za nesmírně náročnou po stránce psychické i fyzické. Denně se sestry setkávají s lidskou bolestí, utrpením, umíráním a smrtí. V této práci budeme sledovat psychickou náročnost a její důsledky a také je hodnotit. Do psychické náročnosti se také zahrnuje stres a syndrom vyhoření. Hlavním cílem je posoudit pracovní podmínky sester zaměřené na plánování návrhu opatření a prevenci syndromu vyhoření a stresu. Teoretická část se zabývá problematikou pracovních podmínek sester, na jejich fyzickou a psychickou zátěž, která vede ke stresu a syndromu vyhoření. Dále je tato práce zaměřená na shromáždění odborných informací v této oblasti jako základní podklad pro sledování této problematiky v praxi. Praktická část tvoří průzkum subjektivního hodnocení pracovních podmínek sestrami z hlediska jejich fyzické pracovní zátěže a psychosociální pracovní zátěže na anesteziologicko-resuscitačním oddělení nemocnic. Základem metodiky je standardizovaný dotazník mezinárodního projektu SLIC (Senior Labour Inpectors Commitee). Výsledky tohoto výzkumu budou pomáhat k posouzení zátěže, příčin jejího vzniku a v neposlední řadě k návrhu preventivních opatření sester. The main topic of my work is to find out how nurses evaluate their working conditionas in anesthesiology and resuscitation department. Nurses work is generally considered extremely demanding in terms of both mental and physical. Nurses on a daily basis meet with human pain, suffering, dying and death. In this work, we will monitor the psychological difficulty and its consequences and to assess them. Psychological demand also includes stress and burnout. The main objective is to assess the working conditions of nurses in planning a draft measure and prevent burnout and stress. The theoretical part deals with the working conditions of nurses, their physical and psychological burden, which leads to stress and burnout. Additionally, this work is aimed at gathering technical and scientific information in this area as a fundamental basis for the monitoring of this issue in practice. The practical part consists of work environment research, physical workload and psychosocial workload fo nurses in anesthesiology and resuscitation hospital ward. The basios of the methodology is standardized questionnaire international project SLIC (Senior Labour Inpectors Commitee).
