Etika ako inštitúcia a problém záväzku v morálnej filozofii Ernsta Tugendhata [rukopis] / Andrej Virdzek. -- 2014. -- 72 l. -- Ved. práce Josef Moural. -- Abstract: Diplomová práca sa primárne zaoberá etickou filozofiou Ernsta Tugendhata - konkrétne teóriou predstavenou v knihe Vorlesungen über Ethik, v ktorej bola sformulovaná pozícia obsahujúca plauzibilný morálny koncept. Jedným z nepríjemných dôsledkov Tugendhatovej práce je, že konceptuálne existuje možnosť ľudí, ktorí sa nebudú vzťahovať k žiadnej morálke a ktorí budú určitým spôsobom vyňatí spod pôsobnosti akejkoľvek morálky, ako aj morálnej kritiky. Po komplexnejšom predstavení Tugendhatovej pozície pristupujem k špecifikácii problému a pokusu o jeho vyriešenie skrze teóriu inštitúcii Johna Searla. Na to je ale nutným predpokladom ukázať, že etika je inštitúciou tak, ako bola zadefinovaná Searlom. Koreňom problému sa zdá byť Tugendhatov popis jazykového užívania gramaticky absolútneho výrazu "musí", z ktorého plynú ďalšie dôsledky pre jeho pozíciu. V druhej časti práce je predstavená teória inštitúcii Johna Searla a je použitá pri pokuse o nápravu nedostatkov Tugendhatovho systému. Ukazuje sa, že etika je inštitúcia a určitý návrh riešenia Tugendhatovho problému je vypracovaný cez ukázanie, že praktická nutnosť je postavená na deontickom statuse inštitúcii a s tým spojeným priradením statusovej funkcie.. -- Abstract: The master's thesis is primarily concerned with ethical philosophy of Ernst Tugendhat. The focus is mainly on theory introduced in his book Vorlesungen über Ethik, where a certain position regarding the plausible moral concept was formulated. One of the consequences of Tugendhat's meta-ethical investigations was that there is a conceptual possibility of actors, who cannot be rationally persuaded to be attached to any morality whatsoever. The basis for their choice is in the end their autonomy, and there is no right or wrong choice inbetween belonging to the moral universe or life led in a radically egoistic way. After a lengthy introduction to Tugendhat's position in the book and its methodological presuppositions I follow with a description of the problem. Its core is to be found in Tugendhat's description of the use of word "must" from which more consequences for his position are drawn. In the second part of the thesis Searle's theory of institutions is introduced and it is used in an attempt to fix the problems of Tugendhat's theory. It is shown that ethics is an institution and a solution of the problem is proposed through a different notion of practical necessity which is based on deontic status of institutions and through imposition of a status function.
