Cílem bakalářské práce a výzkumného projektu bylo zjistit, jak klienti se sluchovým postižením komunikují nejen mezi sebou ale i se zdravými lidmi, jaké ovládají komunikační techniky při dorozumívání se svým okolím, zdali znají a používají kompenzační pomůcky pro usnadnění svého života. Skládá se z teoretické a výzkumné části. Teoretická část je zaměřena na typy komunikace, přibližuje vady a poruchy sluchu, seznámení s možností využití kompenzačních pomůcek. Výzkumná část je zaměřená na osobní kontakt s klienty centra pro sluchově postižené v Děčíně a získání informací pomocí dotazníků a rozhovoru s jednotlivými klienty. Abstract. -- Abstract: The bachelor´s thesis deals with the communication of people with impaired hearing in their natural environment and during their everyday contacts with the outside world. The objective of the thesis and the underlying research was to find out how people with hearing impairment communicate with each other and with other healthy people, what communication techniques they use to communicate with the outside world and whether they are familiar with the use of compensation aids and really use them to make their life easier. The work consists of two parts: theoretical and research. The theoretical part is focused on different types of communication, describes the range of hearing impairments and possible use of hearing compensating aids. The research is based on personal contacts with clients of the Centre for People with Impaired Hearing at Děčín and data collected by the means of enquiry forms and interviews with the clients.
