Note Ved. práce Ludmila Lamplotová Abstract V Bakalářské práci jsem se zaměřila na Problematiku prenatální diagnostiky a vlivu stresu na organismus těhotné ženy. Práce se skládá ze dvou částí. Teoretická část se zabývá samotnou prenatální diagnostikou, jejím rozdělením. Nedílnou součástí je též kapitola věnovaná stresu a vliv těchto metod na psychickou stránku těhotné. Praktická část je zaměřena na samostatný průzkum. Cílem práce je prozkoumat, která vyšetření v oblasti prenatální diagnostiky jsou pro ženu psychickou záteží, dále jak ženy vnímají prenatální diagnostická vyšetření. Průzkum byl realizován mezi mojí osobou a klientkami pomocí strukturovaného rozhovoru. In the thesis I focused on the issue of prenatal diagnosis and effects of stress on the body of pregnant women. The work consists of two parts. The theoretical part deals with the prenatal diagnosis itself, its division. An integral part is achapter on stress and the impact of these methods on the psychological aspects of pregnancy. The practical part is focused on the actual survey. The aim is to investigate which tests in the field of prenatal diagnosis for a woman are mental stress, as well as women perceive prenatal diagnostic tests.
