Metoda PMF je uplatněna na data ze čtyř měřicích stanic umístěných v Ústeckém kraji. Jedná se o měřicí stanici Zdravotního ústavu se sídlem v Ústí nad Labem - Ústí nad Labem-Pasteurova a tři stanice Českého hydrometeorologického ústavu - Ústí nad Labem-Kočkov, Teplice a Most. V úvodní části jsou popsány polycyklické aromatické uhlovodíky, metoda PMF a její využití. V metodické části se práce zabývá popisem programu EPA Positive Matrix Factorization 4.0 použitým k analýze a rozborem výsledků získaných z dat jednotlivých stanic. Diskuse je pak orientována na potvrzení výsledků získaných metodou PMF. This bachelor thesis is concerned with identification of sources of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in the air for which a method called PMF (Positive Matrix Factorization) was used. The method is applied on data from four emission measuring stations which are located in the Ústí Region. The four stations are - Ústí nad Labem-Pasteurova owned by Health institute in Ústí nad Labem and Ústí nad Labem-Kočkov, Teplice and Most owned by Czech Hydrometeorological Institute. Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, PMF method and application of PMF nowadays are described in the introduction. The methodology is concerned with usage of the EPA PMF 4.0 program which was used for the analysis and also is concerned with an analysis of the results.
