Práce je členěna do dvou částí, jedná se o část teoretickou a část praktickou. V teoretické části pojednáváme o pedagogické komunikaci, zvláštní pozornost věnujeme dialogu ve vyučování a osobnosti učitele. V praktické části analyzujeme dialogickou komunikaci mezi začínajícím učitelem a žáky na verbální úrovni podle předem stanovených kritérií. Cílem diplomové práce bylo zjistit, jací činitelé ovlivňují dialogickou komunikaci mezi začínajícími učiteli a žáky. Zkoumali jsme, zda má na tuto komunikaci vliv promyšlenost otázek učitele, jeho připravenost na vyučování, volba jazykových prostředků, kognitivní náročnost otázek a také zda má vliv různá školní úspěšnost a pohlaví žáka na kvalitu jeho odpovědi. This thesis explores dialogical communication between a starting teachers and students. The work is divided into two parts; a theoretical part and a practical part. In the theoretical part we deal with pedagogical communication, we pay extra attention to the dialogue used while teaching and the personality of the teacher. In the practical part we analyze dialogical communication between a starting teachers and students on a verbal level according to certain criteria that were set beforehand. The aim of the thesis is to find out which factors affect the dialogical communication between a starting teachers and students. We explored whether this communication is affected by how well thought out the teacher?s questions are, how well he is prepared for teaching he is, the type or language he uses, correspondence of the cognitive difficulty of the questions and whether various school success and the gender of the student and the quality of his questions and answers.
