Použité vlákno bylo 85 um CarboxenTM/PDMS StableFlexTM. Jako koncovka byla zvolena plynová chromatografie s plamenoionizační detekcí. Metoda umožnila stanovení těchto látek řádově v ug/l vody. Externí kalibrační křivka byla lineární v rozsahu 5 až 25 ug/l. Nejistota stanovení trichlormetanu v reálných vzorcích byla 8,4% pro koncentraci 12 ug/l a 6,7% pro koncentraci 43,6 ug/l. Vyvinutá metoda plně vyhovuje legislativním požadavkům pro stanovení těchto látek ve vodách. Solid phase microextraction metod was used to concentrate trihalogenmethanes in water. Fiber 85 um CarbonexTM/PDMS StableFlexTM was used for this metod. Gas chromatography with flame ionization detection was chosen for final determination. This metod allowed the determination of these substances in the order of ug/l of water. An external calibration curve was linear in the range of 5 to 25 ug/l. Uncertainty of determination of trichlormethane in real samples was 8,4% for the concentration of 12 ug/l and 6,7% for concentration of 43,6 ug/l.
