V první části jsou položeny základy teoretického vědění, které jsou nutné k orientaci v tomto tématu. Zabývá se charakteristikou trhu práce, nezaměstnanosti a nástrojů potřebných k realizaci aktivní politiky zaměstnanosti. Praktická část se zabývá konkrétními charakteristikami Mostecka, které jsou jednotlivě uvedeny v přehledných tabulkách s doplňujícím popisem. Dále je nastíněna situace v oblasti aktivní politiky zaměstnanosti před vstupem do Evropské unie, a pak uvedeny konkrétní programy realizované na Mostecku v rámci aktivní politiky zaměstnanosti, popis jejich cílů, aktivit a skupin uchazečů o zaměstnání, na které jsou zaměřeny. Cílem této práce je zhodnotit situaci v politice zaměstnanosti v okrese Most, její vývoj a používání aktivní politiky zaměstnanosti a navrhnout zlepšení, která by mohla do budoucna přinést pozitivní výsledky ve vývoji nezaměstnanosti a napomoci příchodu nových investorů. This Bachelor thesis is divided into two parts, the theoretical part and the practical part. The bases of the theoretical knowledge necessary for orientation through this subject are founded in the first part. This part deals with the labour market, unemployment and tools needed for the realization of the active employment policy. The practical part addresses concrete characteristics of the city Most, which are written in the tabs in a well-arranged way with additional descriptions. Further, it describes the situation concerning the active employment policy prior to EU entry and gives concrete examples of programmes realized in the urban area of Most within the policy framework, including specification of their goals, their activities, and groups of job applicants they are focused on. The main object of this work is to evaluate the current situation of the active employment policy in the urban district of Most, including its development and use, and to suggest improvements that could bring positive results in the future of unemployment management and help to draw new investors to the area.
