Bakalářská práce je členěna na dvě hlavní části. První část je teoretická a věnuje se aspektům problematiky české legální a nelegální migrace, vzdělávání a společenské integraci cizinců, dále definici termínu migrace a jejích typů. Ve druhé - empirické části bakalářské práce je na základě vlastního průzkumu vyhodnocena orientace studentů vybraných škol v cizinecké problematice a dodržování lidských práv.. -- Abstract: This bachelor thesis deals with the global problems of migration, but especially with the history and the present of migration in the Czech Republic. Thesis has two main parts. The first part is theoretic and deals with problems of czech legal and illegal migration, education and social integration of foreigners, definition of term migration and its types. In the second ? empirical part of this bachelor thesis (on the basis of the research) I evaluate the orientation of students at problems of foreigners and the abidance of the human rights.
