Note Lic. smlouva Abstract Předmětem bakalářské práce Autorské svazy a jejich ekonomický dopad do oblasti kultury je zejména analýza aktivit autorských svazů jako specifických fondů. Práce hodnotí ekonomický dopad autorského zákona na činnost a fundraising neziskových organizací v oblasti kultury v ČR. První kapitola je zaměřena na současnou právní úpravu autorského práva, vymezení autorského zákona a právní vymezení autorských svazů. Druhá kapitola představuje okruh činnosti autorských svazů. Třetí kapitola se věnuje zhodnocení ekonomického dopadu výběru autorských poplatků na činnost neziskových organizací. Obsahuje specifikaci neziskových organizací a analýzu využití autorských poplatků s vazbou na pracovní hypotézu, zda autorský zákon zohledňuje způsob užití autorských děl. V závěru práce nabízí možný náhled úpravy redistribuce finančních prostředků pro neziskové organizace. Bachelor thesis subject "Authors unions and their economic impact in the field of culture", in particular the analysis of activities such as collecting societies specific funds. Analyze the economic impact of copyright law on the business and non-profit fundraising organizations in the cultural sector in the CR. The first chapter focuses on the current copyright legislation, the definition of copyright law and the legal definition of copyright unions. The second chapter presents the activities of collecting societies circuit. The third chapter deals with assessment of the economic impact of the choice of royalties to the activities of non-profit organizations. Contains the specification of non-profit organizations and an analysis of the use of royalties linked to the working hypothesis that the Copyright Act accounts method of use copyright works.
