Povědomí populace o prevenci kolorektálního karcinomu [rukopis] / Šárka Lokvencová. -- 2009. -- 107 l., [4] l. příl. : il. -- Ved. práce Petr Opletal. -- Abstract: Pro mou bakalářskou práci jsem si vybrala téma ?Povědomí populace o prevenci kolorektálního karcinomu?, která je rozdělena na teoretickou část, kde popisuji poznatky čerpané z literatury a praktickou, kde jsou popsané výsledky výzkumného šetření. V teoretické části jsem se zaměřila na základní údaje o onemocnění kolorektálním karcinomem, rizikové faktory vzniku karcinomu, dále diagnostiku, léčbu a možnosti prevence. Ve výzkumné části jsem prováděla šetření pomocí dotazníků, kde jsem hodnotila častost výskytu onemocnění mezi muži a ženami, výskyt nemoci u respondentů žijících ve velkých a menších městech, životní styl a vědomosti o prevenci vzniku karcinomu. Výzkumu se účastnilo 120 hospitalizovaných nebo ambulantně léčených respondentů. Pro lepší přehlednost jsem výsledky výzkumu zaznamenala do tabulek a grafů.. -- Abstract: For my baccalaureate thesis I have chosen the theme " Population awareness of colorectal cancer prevention?, which is divided into a theoretical part where I have described he findings drawn from the literature and empiric which describes the results of research investigations. In the theoretical part, I have focused on basic details of colorectal cancer, its risk factors for cancer the diagnosis, treatment and prevention options. In empiric part I had conducted research using questionnaires, where I evaluated the frequency of occurrence of disease among men and women, the incidence of illness among respondents living in cities, large towns and small towns, living style and knowledge of cancer prevention. One hundered and twenty inpatients and outpatients have participated in research. For better readibility I sorted the research reasults into tables and graphs.
