Note Lic. smlouva Abstract Bakalářská práce se zabývá požární ochranou jako charakteristickým veřejným statkem. Vymezuje klíčové pojmy ekonomické teorie zaměřené na neziskový sektor. Představuje systém zajištění požární ochrany v ČR včetně jeho jednotlivých subjektů. Nejdůležitější článek tohoto systému tvoří Hasičský záchranný sbor ČR, vedle něj stojí Sbory dobrovolných hasičů a další soukromé neziskové organizace. Každý z těchto subjektů zajišťuje určitý úsek oblasti požární ochrany a současně se navzájem doplňují a kooperují. Tato práce se zaměřuje na jejich organizační strukturu, systém řízení a především způsob financování a klade důraz na nezbytnost kvalitní spolupráce na všech úrovních. Specifikuje fungování konkrétních organizací zajišťující požární ochranu v Ústeckém kraji a porovnává jejich poskytované služby včetně jejich financování. This bachelor's thesis deals with fire protection as a public good characteristic. It defines key concepts of economic theory aimed at the non-profit sector. It represents a system of fire protection in the Czech Republic, including its various entities. The most important article of this system, the Fire Rescue Brigade of the Czech Republic, next to it stand Congregations of voluntary fire fighters and other private non-profit organizations. Each of these entities provide a specific section of the field of fire protection while complementing and cooperating with each other. This work focuses on the organizational structure, management system and mainly financing method. It particularly emphases the need for distinguished cooperation at all levels. It specifies operation of specific organizations providing fire protection in the Ústí nad Labem region and compares the services provided, including their financing. Another responsib.
