Kapitola Návrhy představuje ty střetové situace, u kterých se navrhuje změna v prezentaci řešení a doplňková metoda, která by byla z reálného hlediska vhodná pro azylový dům.. -- Abstract: The main aim of this paper is the collision situation analysis in the Haven house for mothers and their children in Litoměřice to suggest the solution to this situation in the specific organization context. In the chapter about the investigation of the collision situations is analysed. Resolving of some problematic situations that are worked with in the Haven house, the prevention of starting point of these situations. The chapter about the suggestions introduces those collision situations that have changed solution and the supplement method, which is suitable from the real point of view for the Haven house.
