V první části se zabývá historií firmy, jejím stavem v roce 2005 a rozborem trhu v roce 2005. V druhé části je uvedeno, jak je obecně doporučeno postupovat při restrukturalizaci, a jak si tento restrukturalizační a inovační proces firma naplánovala. A ve třetí části je uveden rozbor samotného procesu. Cílem bylo porovnání doporučených postupů a vypracovaného podnikatelského záměru se skutečným průběhem restrukturalizačního a inovačního procesu.
