Přestože dochází k ekonomickému růstu, nezaměstnanost klesá, inflace je nízká a kurz koruny je stabilní, stát se stále zadlužuje. Největší objem finančních prostředků ze státního rozpočtu v rámci běžných výdajů je vynakládán na sociální dávky. Já jsem se zaměřila na dávky státní sociální podpory. Budu sledovat jejich výplatu a vliv na nezaměstnanost v mosteckém regionu. Okres Most je specifický vysokou nezaměstnaností, proto postupné snižování výše dávek státní sociální podpory a motivace lidí k zapojení se na trh práce je nezbytné. Cílem reformy sociálního systému je, aby práce za nízkou mzdu byla vždy výhodnější než pobyt na sociálních dávkách. Životní úroveň na Mostecku roste a razantní krácení dávek pomáhá snižovat nezaměstnanost, která se v roce 2008 dostala pod 15 %.. -- Abstract: In these days the Czech Republic belongs in Europe to the countries with the worst development of public finance, therefore the changes in the social system, valid since 1. January 2007, were neccesary. Although there is economical growth, unemployment rate is declining, the inflation is low and the exchange rate of the Czech crown is stable, our state is still being involved in debt. The biggest volume of financial resources out of the state budget - in terms of the common expense - is expended on the social security benefit. My intention was to focus on these benefits. I am gong to watch the payment of benefits and the influence on unemployment in the region Most. This region is specific by high rate of unemployment, so there is necessity for the wind - down of the social security benefit range and the motivation of people for joining in labour market. The target of social system reform is the work for low salary to be more advantageous than to be paid the benefits. The level of living in the region Most is increasing and the fierce reduction of the benefits helps the unemployment rate to get lower. This rate got in the year 2008 below 15 %.
