Bezdomovectví - komparace situace v České republice a ve Velké Británii [rukopis] / Lenka Bieliková. -- 2007. -- 40 l. -- Lic. smlouva. -- Abstract: Bezdomovectví je velmi závažný celospolečenský problém. Sužuje všechny státy světa, bohaté nevyjímaje. Je třeba jej řešit na té nejvyšší úrovni, nejen regionálně, ale celosvětově. V první kapitole své práce se podrobně věnuji vysvětlení základním pojmům: bezdomovectví, chudoba a popisuji faktory, které bezdomovectví způsobují. Následující dvě kapitoly obsahují rozbory situací v bezdomovectví ve dvou zcela odlišných státech Evropské unie, a to ve Velké Británii a v České republice. Tyto dvě země se liší hlavně ve způsobu, jakým je u nich situace bezdomovců řešena. Zatímco v České republice neexistuje jednotná národní strategie, ve Velké Británii je problém bezdomovectví řešen komplexně a hlavní zodpovědnost za bezdomovce má stát a místní samospráva. V závěrečné, čtvrté kapitole srovnávám kapitoly dvě a tři, tedy situace v České republice a ve Velké Británii a na základě tohoto srovnání navrhuji některá konkrétní opatření, jak v České republice pokračovat v řešení tohoto palčivého problému.. -- Abstract: Homelessness is very consequential social problem. It torments states all over the world. It torments the rich states too. It is necessary the highest level of the method of solution, we have to find out the solution in regional base and in all the world. There are the basic terms like homelessness, poverty and factors of homelessness in the first chapter. The following two chapters speak about analyses of the situations in two quiet differential sttes of the European Union, it means the Great Britain and the Czech Republic. The difference between the Czech Republic and the Great Britain is in the method of solution this homelessness problem. In the Czech Republic doesn't exist the national strategy but in the Great Britain has this problem comprehensive solution and the the state with self-government are responsible for the homeless people. The last chapter includes the comparison of the situation in the Czech Republic and in the Great Britain. this comparison is the base for my proposals of concrete measures how in the Czech Republic continue in the solution of this smart problem.
