Informovanost náctiletých dívek v oblasti menstruace a intimní hygieny [rukopis] / Nikol Zimlová. -- 2022. -- 55 l. + 5 l. příloh : grafy. -- Ved. práce Tomáš Binder. -- Oponent Adéla Matyščáková. -- Abstract: Cílem této práce bylo zjistit informovanost náctiletých dívek v oblasti menstruace a intimní hygieny. Dílčí cíle se zaměřovaly na rozhled mladých dívek v oblasti menstruačních pomůcek, míru využívání znovupoužitelných menstruačních pomůcek u náctiletých, zmapování míry a povahy obtíží spojených s menstruací a znalosti mladých slečen v oblasti intimní hygieny. Teoretická část byla zaměřena na informace ohledně anatomie ženské pohlavní soustavy, fyziologie ovariálního a menstruačního cyklu, pohlavního dospívání dívek, intimní hygieny ženy a hygienických menstruačních pomůcek. Praktická část byla provedena za pomocí strukturovaného dotazníku o 20 otázkách, které byly uzavřené i otevřené. Výsledky byly popsány v praktické části práce pomocí grafů i slovního popisu a podrobněji rozebrané v porovnání s jinými výsledky prací v diskuzi. Z výsledků práce vyplynulo, že i když většina dívek nemá potřebu získat další informace v těchto oblastech, je zapotřebí změnit způsob, kterými se dívky k těmto informacím dostávají. S ohledem na další bakalářské práce jsem vypozorovala vyšší vyhledávání informací na internetu oproti dřívějším rokům a zároveň téměř žádný progres v účasti škol a lékařů na předávání informací týkajících se menstruačního cyklu a intimní hygieny.. -- Abstract: The aim of this work was to find out the awareness of teenage girls in the field of menstruation and intimate hygiene. The sub-objectives focused on the outlook of young girls in the fiel of menstrual aids, the rate of use of reusable menstrual aids in adolescents, mapping the extent and nature of menstrual problems and knowledge of young ladies in the field of intimate hygiene. The theoretical part is focused on information about the anatomy of the female reproductive systém, physiology of the ovarian and menstrual cycle, puberty of girls, female intimate hygiene and hygienic menstrual aids. The practical part was carried out using a structured questionnaire about 20 questions, witch were closed and open for answers. The results were described in the practical part of the work using graphs and verbal description and analyzed more detailed in comparison with other results of the work in the discussion. The results of the work showed that although most girls do not need to obtain additional informations in these areas, i tis necessary to change tha way girls acces these informations. With regard to other works, I noticed a higher search for informations on the internet, compared to previous years and at the same time almost no progress in the participation of schools and doctors in passing on information related to the menstrual cycle and intimate hygiene.
