Analýza rodinného zázemí dětí v dětských domovech / Kateřina Nevřelová. -- 2022. -- 70 listů. -- Vedoucí práce Pavel Mühlpachr. -- Oponent Ivan Bertl. -- Abstract: Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou rodinného zázemí dětí v dětských domovech, a to především ve vztahu k případně sanaci rodiny. Teoretická část je věnována základnímu vymezení rodiny, funkcím rodiny a problematice klinických rodin. Dále je zde vymezen systém etopedických zařízení, problematika dětských domovů, otázky ústavní a ochranné výchovy v České republice, edukační procesy probíhající v dětských domovech s ohledem na specifika dětského věku v jednotlivých obdobích vývoje. Empirická část je věnována kvalitativnímu výzkumu, který je realizován pomocí rozhovorů se zaměstnanci dětských domovů a pomocí analýzy osobních spisů dětí. Cílem této části je analýza sociální poměrů rodiny, analýza kontaktů dítěte s rodinou a spolupráce rodiny s dětským domovem. Vlastní výsledky nám umožňují nahlédnout do aktuální životní situace dětí z oslovených dětských domovů. Dosažené výsledky vedou k zamyšlení nad systémem fungování ústavní péče.. -- Abstract: This thesis focuses on an analysis of the family backgrounds of children in children's homes, primarily in relation to the possible rehabilitation of the family. The theoretical part is devoted to a basic definition of the family, the functions of a family, and the issue of clinical families. It also defines the system of ethopaedic facilities, the issue of children's homes, questions related to institutional and protective education in Czechia, and educational processes taking place in children's homes with regard to the specifics of childhood at separate development stages. The empirical part focuses on a qualitative study carried out through interviews with employees at children's homes and analysis of the children's personal files. The objective of this part is an analysis of the social situation of the family, an analysis of a child's contact with their family, and cooperation by the family with the children's home. The results enable us to examine the current situation of the children in the contacted children's homes, and will encourage reflection on the functioning of the institutional care system.
