V teoretické části je charakterizován pojmový aparát, jsou popsány druhy profesního poradenství, uvedeny poznatky o období dospívání s ohledem na kariérové rozhodování. V empirické části je popsána a zdůvodněna volba strategie a rozebrána metodologie a techniky realizovaného výzkumného šetření. Cílem výzkumu bylo analyzovat profesní orientaci žáků na základních školách z pohledu žáků samotných a zjistit, jaké faktory ovlivňují rozhodování a volbu jejich další vzdělávací a profesní dráhy.. -- Abstract: This master thesis deals with the issue of choosing the secondary school after finishing the elementary school, it focuses on the professional orientation of the ninth graders and explores the influence that affects pupils in this area. The theoretical part covers the definition of conceptual apparatus, describes the types of professional consulting and presents the knowledge of growing up considering the career decision-making. The empirical part describes and clarifies the choice of the strategy and analyzes the methodology and techniques of the research. The aim of the research is to analyze the professional orientation of the pupils from their point of view and to find put which factors influence the decision-making process and the choice of their further educational and professional career.
