Vedoucí práce David Bauer Abstract Bakalářská práce s názvem "Osoby s mentálním postižením v procesu podporovaného zaměstnávání" je zaměřena na problematiku integrace osob s mentálním postižením na trh práce, za pomoci podporovaného zaměstnávání, jakožto metodou sociální rehabilitace. Za pomoci kvalitativního výzkumu se pokoušíme zmapovat míru potřeby mentálně postižených jedinců v konkrétních oblastech. Cílem této práce je zhodnotit, zda se jedná o efektivní službu, která dbá na potřeby svých uživatelů. V rámci výzkumu formulujeme několik výzkumných otázek, na které se snažíme nalézt odpovědi. Zabýváme se porovnáváním dvou skupin osob s mentálním postižením a zjišťujeme, zda má původ skupiny vliv na potřebnou míru podpory. Do výzkumu se zapojilo celkem 10 respondentů s mentálním postižením, kteří jsou, či v minulosti byli aktivními uživateli podporovaného zaměstnávání v Agentuře Osmý den, o. p. s. This bachelor thesis [named: "Mentally handicapped persons in supported employment program"] deals with the issue of the integration of mentally handicapped persons within the job market using the supported employment program as a social rehabilitation method. Using the qualitative research, we have tried to map the extent of need of mentally handicapped persons in different areas of research. The objective of this thesis was to evaluate the effectiveness of this service which takes the needs of its users into account. While making this research, we have defined several hypotheses for which we have endeavored to find answers. We have also focused on the comparison of two different sets of persons with mental handicap and tried to discover whether the person's social origin has any impact on the extent of support needed. Altogether, 10 persons with mental handicap have participated in this research of which all ten were - or have been active users of supported employment program within the "Agentura Osmý den, o.p.s."
