Komparace výkonu spisové služby v justiční správě ČR v současnosti / Monika Fialová. -- 2018. -- 88 listů, 4 nečíslované listy příloh. -- Oponent Petr Rak. -- Vedoucí práce Ludmila Sulitková. -- Abstract: Cílem této práce je podchycení zásadních principů a podstaty některých odlišností ve výkonu spisové služby a vedení soudní agendy v justiční správě. Výkon spisové služby je zde posuzován jak s ohledem na různorodost procesních postupů u jednotlivých typů soudů v souvislosti s obecně platnými zákony a normami, tak i z pohledu specifických vnitřních instrukcí a rozvrhů práce jednotlivých soudů. V úvodních kapitolách práce je čtenář kromě obecných principů soudních úkonů vedených v elektronických systémech spisové služby taktéž seznámen s některými typickými soudními pracovišti a vybranými soudními profesemi, které se podstatnou měrou dotýkají manipulace se soudními písemnostmi. V další části práce jsou podrobněji konkretizovány některé informační systémy u vybraných soudních organizací zajišťující elektronickou spisovou službu a jejich možný dosah na ovlivnění chodu spisové služby i vedení soudní agendy. Zároveň jsou zde přiblíženy některé agendové postupy uplatňované v rámci příslušného stupně soudu v hierarchii soudnictví ČR. Závěrečná část práce je věnována vyhodnocení a porovnání jednotlivých kladů a nedostatků současného systému vedení spisové služby v rámci zvolených soudních institucí.. -- Abstract: The objective of this thesis is to underline the basic principles and the core of some differences in the performance of the file service and the management of the judicial agenda in the judicial administration. The performance of the file service is assessed here regardingboth the diversity of procedural procedures for individual types of courts in relation to generally valid laws and standards, as well as in terms of specific internal instructions and work schedules of individual courts. In the introductory chapters of the thesis, besides the general principles of judicial acts conducted in electronic systems of the file service, the reader is also acquainted with some typical courts and selected judicial professions, which substantially affect the handling of court documents. In the next part of the thesis some information systems from selected judicial organizations providing electronic filing service are specified in more detail and as well as their possible impact on the influence of the operation of the file service and the management of the judicial agenda. At the same time, some agendas applied at the appropriate level of the court in the hierarchy of the judiciary of the Czech Republic are presented. The final part of the thesis is devoted to the evaluation and comparison of the individual strengths and weaknesses of the current system of record keeping within selected judicial institutions.
