Oponent Lenka Plicková Abstract Abstrakt (česky) Bakalářská práce se orientuje na individuální plánování z pohledu pracovníků pečovatelské služby a jejím cílem je analýza systému plánování péče. V úvodu práce jsou vymezeny teoretické informace o individuálním plánování v sociálních službách. V další části práce je popsána metodologie výzkumného šetření. Výzkumnou metodou je kvalitativní výzkum, který obsahuje pozorování, analýzu dokumentů a rozhovory, jejichž cílem bylo zjistit, zda nový systém individuálního plánování má vliv na kvalitu poskytovaných služeb. Získaná data jsou přepsaná a analyzována. Následně se věnuje pečovatelské službě a historii pečovatelské služby v Děčíně, objasňuje systém individuálního plánování a vývoj procesu v dané organizaci. V závěru práce jsou zhodnoceny výsledky zjištění, naplnění cílů práce a doporučení pro další vývoj systému individuálního plánování v pečovatelské službě. Abstrakt (anglicky) Bachelor thesis discusses the topic of planning the individual nursing from the workers' perspective. The main goal is to analyze the system of nursing planning as a whole. A definition of theoretical information on individual planning of social services is provided in the introduction of the work. This chapter is followed by a description of research methodologies used for thesis research. Research uses the qualitative method which focuses on observation, document analysis and dialogues. The essential goal of the research is to find out, whether new system of individual nursing planning affects the quality of services provided. Obtained research data has been analyzed and rewritten. The thesis also talks about both history and present state of the nursing services in Děčin, clarifies the individual nursing planning and its application in given organization. Last but not least, the thesis goes over the research results, fulfilling the objectives of the work and further development of the individual nursing planning. Another responsib.
