Diplomová práce je teoreticko-aplikačního charakteru. Teoretická část obsahuje definice investičního rozhodování, a dále shrnuje všechny potřebné metody hodnocení efektivnosti investic. Jádrem aplikační části této diplomové práce je stručné seznámení s konkrétním investičním projektem podniku a jeho následné detailní ekonomické hodnocení. V závěru práce je zodpovězena otázka, zda se vyplatí daný investiční projekt realizovat. This diploma thesis "Economic evaluation of the investment project" analyzes the efficiency of real investment project in a selected enterprise. The thesis has got a theoretical and an applied character. The theoretical part describes the definition of investment decision making and furthermore all the necessary methods for evaluating the effectiveness of investments. The core of the application part of the thesis is a short description of a specific investment project of the enterprise and detailed economic analysis of the specific investment project.
