Začátek práce je věnován samotnému stáří, změnám ve stáří, možným pobytovým službám poskytovaným seniorům, které jsou ukotveny v zákoně č. 108/2006 Sb., o sociálních službách. Následuje popsání výzkumné metody, výzkumného vzorku, vybraného zařízení a následná analýza sebraných dat. Poté se snažím vysvětlit pojem zooterapie, její kritéria, druhy, typy a formy. Dále se věnuji samotné canisterapii, a to i v závislosti na práci se seniorem. My work deals with canistherapy and its positive impact on seniors.
