Pojednává o problematice autority ve školním prostředí. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny základní pojmy autority, její kritéria pro členění a typologii. Dále jsou zde hledány souvislosti mezi autoritou a výchovou, kázní či asertivitou. Pojednává o osobnosti pedagoga a interakcí mezi ním a studentem. Praktická část je realizována pomocí dotazníkového šetření a je zaměřena na skutečné i požadované vlastnosti pedagoga a jeho charakteristiky, na subjektivní pohled studentů, jak podle nich pedagog nejlépe autority docílí, jak získá pozornost studentů, co vidí za narušování autority pedagoga a co si představují pod různými pojmy související s autoritou.. -- Abstract: This bachelor thesis consists of two parts, theoretic and practical, which deal with the difficulties of authority at schools. The first part contains specified basic terms of authority and standards of its structure and typology. It continues by examining connections between authority and upbringing, discipline and assertiveness, and also deals with the educator´s character and interaction with the student. The practical portion utilizes a questionnaire. It is aimed at both required and actual educator qualities. It also looks at the student's personal point of view as the educator works to gain his or her attention and respect, and what is seen as weakening the educator´s authority. Students state how they feel regarding various terms connected with authority.
