V části teoretické je popsána anatomie a fyziologie tlustého střeva a konečníku, seznámení s kolorektálním karcinomem ? jeho symptomatologií, diagnostikou a ve zkratce je popsána léčba. Významné místo má kapitola o prevenci onemocnění a edukace. Část praktická je zaměřená na rozdíly odpovědí z dotazníkového šetření u mužů a žen, ve věku 45 ? 55 let. Hlavním cílem bakalářské práce je zjistit míru informovanosti o preventivních opatřeních. Dotazníky byly rozdány u praktických lékařů pro dospělé, rodinným příslušníkům a Mostecké uhelné a.s. Získané výsledky znázorňují vytvořené tabulky a grafy. The work is aimed at the general public's awareness of the prevention of colorectal cancer and is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part is describes the anatomy and physiology of the colon and rectum, meeting with colorectal cancer - hers symptoms, diagnosis, and is described therapy. An important place has a chapter on disease prevention and education. The practical part is focused on the differences in responses from the questionnaire in men and women aged 45-55 years. The main objective of this work is to determine the level of awareness of preventive measures. Questionnaires were distributed to general practitioners for adults, families and MUS a.s.
