Zaměřuji se především na jakost akumulované vody, která je zdrojem surové vody pro níže položenou úpravnu vody. Vlastní práce se skládá z několika kapitol a příloh. V teoretické části je zahrnut popis a charakteristika zájmové lokality, tedy její poloha, klima, geologie, pedologie, hydrologie, flora, fauna, ochrana přírody, popis vodního díla a jeho funkce, informace o úpravně vody a použitých technologiích, významnost zdroje v systému zásobování. Praktická část obsahuje vlastní mikrobiologické rozbory a pozorování v terénu. Na závěr hodnotím výsledky rozborů, pozorování v terénu, posuzuji z hlediska vyhlášky č. 515/2006 Sb. (nahrazuje 428/2001 Sb.), posuzuji vhodnost použité technologie na úpravně vody a charakterizuji výskyt obtížně odstranitelných organismů. Příloha obsahuje fotografie, grafy, tabulky,? The aim of my bachelor thesis is the assessment of environmental conditions of the water work Chřibská. I concentrate primarily on the quality of accumulated water which is the source of unrefined water for water treatment plant situated lower. The work itself consists of several chapters and supplements. Theoretical part includes description and characteristics of the area such as location, climate, geology, pedology, hydrology, flora, fauna, nature conservation, description of the water work and its functions, information about water treatment plant and used technologies, and the importance of the source in water system in general. The practical part contains my own microbiological analysis and field research. Lastly I evaluate the results of my analysis and field research, and assess it according to the regulation 515/2006 Coll. (replacement 428/2001 Coll.). I assess the suitability of used technologies in water treatment plant and I characterize the occurrence of persistent organisms. The supplement contains photographs, graphs, charts,?
