Note Lic. smlouva s omezením do 31.12.2009 Abstract Moje bakalářská práce se zabývá hospodářským a sociálním rozvojem vybraného Euroregionu od doby jeho vzniku po současnost a porovnává jeho dosaženou úroveň s ostatními Euroregiony ČR dle postavení jednotlivých krajů. V rámci této práce jsou detailně rozebrány základní charakteristiky Euroregionu a právní úprava této oblasti. Zvláštní pozornost je věnována analýze lidských zdrojů. Cílem práce je přiblížit čtenáři historii, současný stav, budoucí vývoj a možnosti jak zvýšit hospodářský potenciál Euroregionu. My bachelor dissertation is concerned in economical and social development of chosen Euroregion from the time it was established to the current time and compares its own achieved level with the other Euroregions in the Czech Republic in accordance with the situation of single region. There are analysed basic characteristics of the Euroregion in the frame of this thesis and legal form of this region. A special attention has been dedicated to the analysis of human resources. The aim of this work is to provide the reader a picture of history, current and future situation and possibilities how to raise the economic potential of the Euroregion. Another responsib.
