Note Lic. smlouva s omezením do 31.12.2009 Abstract Tato bakalářská práce s názvem "Parkovací družstvo - Most`` analyzuje situaci parkování ve městě Most. Parkování se v tomto městě stalo velkým problémem. Město se v současné době snaží problém řešit vyhrazenými parkovacími místy. Ve své práci situaci analyzuji a nacházím východisko v ustavení parkovacího družstva, které by situaci mohlo pomoci vyřešit. Proto se v práci zabývám problematikou družstev a stanovami, které by takové družstvo mohlo mít. Názory občanů Mostu na parkování jsem zjišťovala dotazníkem. Ten má ukázat, jak jsou občané mého města spokojeni se situací, zda by uvítali pronájem parkovacího místa a zda by se chtěli sami stát členy parkovacího družstva. Následně porovnávám různé druhy vlastnictví parkovacích ploch jako různé právnické osoby. V závěru práce hodnotím, zda je ustavení parkovacího družstva ve zdejších podmínkách možné. This bachelory work "The parking co-operative - Most`` analyses the situation in the town of Most about parking. The parking is a big problem in the town. I`m describing the solution of the problem with the reserving parking places in the present. I find the solution in the establishing of the parking co-operative, that might help. Therefore I engage in the problem of co-operatives. I suggest statutes that the co-operative could contain. There is a short questionnaire for the identification with the opinion of citizens in Most. It should show, how the citizens of my town are satisfied with the town situation, if they welcomed to rent a parking place or if they wanted to become a member of the Parking co-operative. Then I'm comparing various kinds of the parking places owners hip as well as the different co-operatives. At the end of the work I assess the posibility of the establishing of the Parking co-operative in those local conditions. Another responsib.
