Abstract Bakalářská práce pojednává o možných alternativách klasické fyzické inventury, které vedou k zefektivnění procesu inventarizace. Hlavní myšlenkou práce je analyzovat a popsat permanentní inventuru, určit v čem spočívají výhody, ale i možné nevýhody jejího zavedení. Aplikační částí práce je detailní příklad procesu inventarizace ve výrobním závodě Pierburg, s.r.o., v Ústí nad Labem. Aktivně jsem se podílela nejprve na zpracování výchozího stavu fyzické inventury dále na výběru vhodné metody pro zefektivnění fyzické inventury - permanentní cyklické inventury. This bachelor thesis deals with possible alternatives, that contribute to higher effectiveness of the inventory process. The aim of this work is to analyse and describe the permanent stocktaking and to determine the advantages and disadvantages of its establishment. The application part contains a detailed example of inventory process in the production plant of Pierburg s.r.o. in Ústí nad Labem. I participated in elaborating the initial state of physical stocktaking and in the selection of suitable method for higher effectiveness of the physical stocktaking - cyclic permanent stocktaking.
