Oponent Jiří Nechvátal Abstract Práce je zaměřená na vytvoření souboru průpravných gymnastických cvičení, které je vhodné zařadit do atletického tréninku nejen kategorie žactva (12-15 let). V teoretické části jsou charakterizovány pojmy atletika a gymnastika, jejich historie a dělení. Dále popisujeme pohybové schopnosti a specifika rozvoje u dětí. Na závěr teoretické části vystihujeme věkovou kategorii žactva a jejich atletickou přípravu. Hlavní část práce zahrnuje soubor gymnastické průpravy s fotodokumentací a následné zařazení v navržených tréninkových jednotkách. The work is focused on the creation of a set of preparatory gymnastic practice that are suitable for inclusion in athletic training not only for the category of youth (12-15 years). In the theoretical part the concepts of athletics and gymnastics, their history and division are characterized. We also describe the movement abilities and specifics of development in children. At the end of the theoretical part we describe the age category of pupils and their athletic training.
